SMS / Text Messaging Programs

This section describes the text messaging programs that independent real estate agents run using Real Agent Labs. It does not enroll you in text messages and does not collect your consent. Nothing in these Terms is an agreement to receive text messages, and accepting these Terms does not opt you in to any messaging program.

Consent is given in one place only: the standalone consent checkbox on your agent's own SMS program page. That checkbox is unchecked by default, is entirely optional, and is separate from these Terms and from any other agreement or contract. If you have not checked it, you are not enrolled.

Messages under such a program are sent by the individual real estate agent whose program you joined, under that agent's own messaging registration. Real Agent Labs operates this website and supplies the software the agent uses; it is not the sender of those messages.

These programs are informational and conversational only: follow-ups on an inquiry or transaction you started with your agent, property information you asked for, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, and replies to questions you send. No marketing or promotional messages are sent under these programs.

• Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service. Declining text messages, or opting out later, does not affect your ability to work with your agent in any way.
• Message frequency varies based on your own conversation with your agent.
• Message and data rates may apply as charged by your mobile carrier.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Opt-outs are honored immediately and you will receive a confirmation message.
• Reply HELP for help. You can also contact us at the address below.
• Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Cricket, Boost, Virgin Mobile, and most US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Service

Real Agent Labs is a tool that helps real estate agents manage communications with prospective clients. Messages you receive may be generated by our AI system and/or reviewed and sent by a human agent.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Real Agent Labs. An agent's SMS program is likewise intended for people 18 or older.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, how we secure it, and the choices you have.
