What we collect
When you use this website or join a real estate agent's SMS program through it, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, mobile phone number, email (optional), and area of interest, as well as the content of text messages you exchange with your agent's messaging program.
How we use it
- To deliver the informational and conversational text messages you opted in to receive, such as appointment updates, requested property information, and replies to your questions.
- To route conversations to the appropriate real estate agent.
- To improve our assistant's responses over time.
SMS consent & opt-in
Text messaging programs described on this site are run by individual real estate agents, each under that agent's own messaging registration. Real Agent Labs operates this website and supplies the software the agent uses; it is not the sender of those messages.
Consent is given in one place only: the standalone consent checkbox on your agent's own SMS program page. That checkbox is unchecked by default and is entirely optional. Checking it is a separate action from any other agreement, and consent is not a condition of any purchase or service; you can decline text messages, or opt out later, and still work with your agent fully.
Messages under these programs are informational and conversational only: follow-ups on an inquiry or transaction you started with your agent, property information you asked for, appointment confirmations and reminders, and replies to questions you send. No marketing or promotional messages are sent under these programs. Message frequency varies with your own conversation, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opt-outs are honored immediately.
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We share your information only with (a) the real estate agent whose program you joined, (b) the service providers that deliver messages on that agent's behalf, and (c) as required by law.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe immediately.
- Email us to request deletion of your account and message history.
Cookies & tracking
Our website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We may use strictly necessary cookies and standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to operate the site securely and prevent abuse. We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Data security
We protect the information you provide with industry-standard safeguards: encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls that limit who can view your data, and encryption of sensitive credentials at rest. Your mobile number and SMS consent are used only to operate these messaging programs and are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
